Blog Prompts #4

19.  I think that pictures of dead people that are gory should not be photographed in the first place.  Death is usually a very personal thing for many people, and they do not always want family members or close friends displayed at their worst.  Some things in the deep ocean or under layers of the Earth or in outer space cannot be photographed.  It is near impossible because of the locations of these things, or also because cameras are not built for these locations.  I can't think of anything that I would not photograph.  There is not a lot that scares me, and I am not easily grossed out, so i think I could handle dealing with gross or uncommon things.  However, I guess torture is one thing I probably would not be able to record.  Or anything about hurting children.
20.  At Disney world: a picture of a kid screaming because they are tired or didn't like the ride.
Fantasy:  another planet or world where people and aliens co-exist and there are several suns and moons in the sky at all times.
Placeless:  a creepy looking guy on a webcam on chatroulette on the internet(but nothing inappropriate)
Public:  people of all walks of life waiting in line for a bus.
private: a family sitting down for dinner and saying a prayer.
In-between: people crossing over the Mexican border with only a backpack.
21.  News-related photographs always show the most extreme something is or can be so that the viewer gets a sense of exactly what happened.
Snapshots are of people talking or laughing, sometimes in large groups.  They are looking at each other very warmly.
Advertisements always have perfect looking people with flawless skin and they are wearing something dramatic or with dramatic colors.
Movie stills are of people looking at something very intensely and the viewer is never really sure what exactly is going on.
Yearbook photos are cheesy, the girls hair is always down and the guys gel theirs.  They wear something basic like a button down or plain blouse.
Stock images are very clear and have minimal flaws in them
Fashion photography is dramatic and has something very stylish in it.  There are super skinny people in them and they have lots of make-up on.
Paparazzi shots have people at their either best or worst.  It can either be someone at an awards show looking glamorous, or a photo when they are pumping gas in sweats or with unbrushed hair.
